It’s like deja vu. It’s definitely an again. That’s what remembering feels like.
I recently perused alexbrady.org and came across the findings regarding their disproof of time. One of the sensations which is described is the act of knowing the “future” disproves a forward-only, linear time paradigm. I recommend their website, alexbrady.org, and search for something like “time”.
It is certainly a feeling of “oh this is familiar.”
