{MYNAME} Referral Program: Affiliate commission will not be paid out to partners using the DigitalOcean referral credit program parameters in their Affiliate links. If a partner is a member of both the DO Affiliate program and the DO Referral program, they must ensure that they do not use the referral program link to receive the Affiliate commission payout. Only one program may be used, per customer signup link.
Paid Search Terms: Partners are not allowed to bid on any DigitalOcean branded search terms.
MCA (found at {MYNAME} Master Campaign Agreement ) does not apply if the parties have a separate agreement in place governing this Partner Contract.
