Acquire Ingredients

In addition to the pasta, meat, and sauce, you will need a pot, 2 pans, filter, spatula, and large stirrer.

Boil Pasta

In a pot, cover pasta in water. Bring to boil and leave boiling for however long the package says. Remove from heat when it is the texture of Chef’s desire.

Cook Meat

Warm a pan to medium high heat. Medium-high can be thought of as 40% max heat of standard appliances or hot enough for droplets of water to sizzle and evaporate within three seconds.   • Pasta type can be rotini, bowties, macaroni, or chef’s preference. The recipe uses the standard size bag of pasta i.e. from a box store.
  • Meat type may well be sausage or ground beef. Sausage and ground beef go well with a tomato based sauce. If chicken is used, a cheese-based sauce will be a good choice.
  • The recipe as stated works well as the ratio is one whole package of the three ingredients. A chef should feel free to adjust proportions and relative ratios for preference.
